I’m Dana Singer, LCPC and founder of Trailhead Wellness, where I work with thoughtful, driven adults who are used to holding it all together while navigating burnout, life transitions, and the often unseen cost of success. Over the past five years, I’ve specialized in trauma therapy, supporting individuals experiencing dissociation, the impact of childhood sexual abuse, flashbacks, anxiety, rumination, and symptoms of PTSD and complex trauma. My approach is grounded in EMDR, CBT, and DBT, and is always paced with care, respect, and clinical integrity—especially when working with experiences that may feel difficult to access or fully understand.
I also incorporate equine-assisted therapy in a barn setting, and canine-assisted therapy with my golden retriever therapy dog Barkley, offering a more experiential and regulating path to healing. Much of my work centers on helping those who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel the strain of perfectionism, internal pressure, and constant responsibility, supporting a deeper sense of clarity, steadiness, and reconnection to self.
